The technique that is transmitted by RespiriAmo Yoga is called HariKi Yoga®, an essential form of yoga that refers to the traditional one, however, made simpler and more effective so that everyone can practice it.

It takes into particular consideration the synchrony between the conscious breathing, made optimal and complete by a specific work on the diaphragm, and the movement, which, taking place gradually and in several times, is capable of stimulating the nerve centers appointed to induce a deep state of relaxation and mental balance.

With gradual and constant practice, we are able to recognize more clearly the messages that our body sends us, the limits to be respected and those to be overcome, attention is internalized and awareness increases, an essential factor for approaching meditation and refine the ability to perceive the root of our existence, the Supreme Truth with which we are intimately connected.
